Managed outbound email for B2B
Outbound email that lands in the inbox and fills your calendar.
We run the whole outbound engine for B2B SaaS and B2B service businesses: domains, mailboxes, lead lists, copy, replies and reporting. You show up to the booked calls.
Why most outbound email stalls
Three problems sink most outbound programs.
Each one can be fixed. Each one usually goes unnoticed until the pipeline is already empty.
Too much volume on too few domains
Send thousands of emails from one address and the inbox is burned within days. Mail stops reaching anyone, and it rarely shows up as an error. It shows up as silence.
An offer only warm audiences buy
Referrals and fans will buy almost anything you show them. Strangers need a reason: new revenue, lower risk, and a first step that proves something before it asks for anything.
Interested prospects left waiting
A good reply loses value by the hour. Auto-replies get counted as wins, real interest sits unread, and the call never gets booked.
What we run for you
Six jobs, one team, no hand-offs between vendors.
Most outbound email programs fail in the plumbing before anyone reads the copy. We own every layer so problems are caught where they start.
Domains and mailboxes built to last
Sending domains stay separate from your main domain, with mailboxes spread across providers. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up on every domain, and each mailbox is warmed up for about two to three weeks before real sending.
Targeted leads, verified first
Lead lists built to your ideal customer profile and checked before they enter a campaign, so bounces stay low from the first send. Your own CRM leads can go in too, for warm outreach.
Written by direct response copywriters
Short, plain-text emails that sound like a person wrote them. Each step carries several variants built on different desire angles, so weak versions get cut and no two inboxes send the same words.
Every response read and sorted
Auto-replies and out-of-office notices are separated from real interest. Interested prospects jump the queue, because speed decides whether the call happens.
Daily monitoring, fast fixes
Bounce rate, inbox health and placement are checked every day. A mailbox that starts to slip is paused before it drags the domain down.
A report every Monday morning
A 7-day report for your account each Monday, plus a running count of leads loaded each month so you receive the volume you agreed to.
Inside every campaign
One list, a full sequence, several voices.
- 1,000+ leadsAnything smaller is too thin to learn from, so lists are pooled until a campaign has enough to show a pattern.
- 4 to 7 emails per campaignAt least four emails, and up to six or seven, so prospects get several chances to reply at different moments.
- 4+ variants per stepDifferent hooks, bodies and calls to action, so the copy varies across inboxes and deliverability stays protected.
- A new angle weeklyWhile we hunt for a winner, a fresh campaign goes out every week. Once one works we keep testing, because a winner can still lose to something better.
- No edits without dataWe do not tweak a campaign that has sent a few hundred emails. We wait until the volume shows what to change, then adjust the targeting or the copy.
How an engagement runs
Warm campaigns go out while the mailboxes warm up.
Waiting weeks with nothing in market is the slowest route to a first win. So we start with the audiences most likely to reply, and the campaigns to new audiences follow.
Strategy call
We define your ideal customer, the offer worth emailing about, and what a booked call is worth to you. You hand over past leads and a list of the accounts you most want.
Infrastructure
Domains and mailboxes are purchased and configured, authentication is verified, and warm-up begins.
Warm campaigns first
Your CRM leads (booked but not closed, closed-lost, opted in, past clients) get a message written to their stage. A Dream 100 list of target accounts gets personalized outreach that leads with something useful, such as a report or audit, instead of a meeting request.
Outbound campaigns launch
Once the mailboxes are ready, sending ramps up gradually inside the daily limits while deliverability is watched closely.
Test, report, repeat
Weekly reports show what is working. Weak angles are cut, winners get more volume, and the CRM reactivation runs again every few months.
Four clocks we run on every account
Operating standards
The numbers we run every account against.
The reply benchmark is the typical range for B2B outbound, measured as positive replies over prospects contacted. These are targets and sending limits we hold ourselves to. They are not a promise of results, which depend on your offer, your market and your list.
More than a call machine
A testing ground for your next offer.
Outbound email gives fast, honest market feedback. We put it to work for your sales team as well as your calendar.
- Test firstTrying a new offer or market in a campaign costs a fraction of a full launch. We run it, then report what the market said.
- Learn from callsYour sales call recordings show which points land and which objections come up. We write them back into the copy and the reply handling.
- Share what we learnResponse data from the campaigns goes to your sales team, so new segments and angles surface early.
Reporting
You always know what we launched and why.
Each Monday you get the numbers and the plan. Before a new campaign goes out, we tell you what it is, why we are running it and when we can read it. When something is too early to judge, the report says so.

Is your offer ready for outbound email?
Outbound email rewards a specific kind of offer. Tick what is true today. This is a quick gut check, nothing is sent anywhere, and you do not need a perfect score to talk to us.

Why Hypermedia Marketing
An email deliverability shop that also writes the copy.
Hypermedia Marketing is a B2B email and SMS agency. Deliverability, lifecycle automation, conversion optimization and direct response copywriting are the work we do every day, for companies in the $10M to $20M range.
That mix matters for outbound email. Reaching the inbox is a technical problem. Getting a reply is a copywriting problem. Most providers are good at one. We built the practice around both.
When a cold lead becomes a customer, the same team can build the email and SMS lifecycle that follows.
Tyler leads the work. He has analyzed large volumes of spam data, manages multi-domain sending strategies, and wrote Persuasion by Design: The Copywriter's Bible in the AI Era.

What people ask before they book.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We hold ourselves to clear operating standards on reply rate, bounce rate and sending volume, and we report against them every week. Outcomes still depend on your offer, your market and the quality of the list.
How soon do replies start?
New mailboxes need warm-up time before they send at volume, so we begin with warm campaigns to your own CRM leads and your target accounts while the new mailboxes warm up. We give you a timeline for your account on the strategy call.
How many emails will you send?
Volume follows the number of domains and inboxes. Each domain stays under about 250 emails a day and each inbox sends 30 to 50, so an account sending 720 a day runs on roughly three domains and eighteen inboxes.
Who writes the emails?
Our direct response copywriters, working from your offer and your best customers. You approve the copy before anything is sent.
Do you handle the replies?
Yes. Replies are read and sorted, auto-replies and out-of-office notices are separated from real interest, and interested prospects are moved toward a booked call on your calendar.
Can you use leads we already have?
Yes, and we recommend it. Past leads, closed-lost deals and people who opted in but never booked are warm, so they reply at higher rates and give you an early win while the new mailboxes warm up.
Who do you not work with?
We work with B2B SaaS companies and B2B service businesses. We do not take on DTC or e-commerce brands, info products or coaching offers.
What do you need from us?
A clear offer, a description of your ideal customer, examples of your best clients, past leads from your CRM, a list of dream accounts, a calendar link for booked calls, and quick approval on copy.
Is outbound email compliant?
We send from honest sender identities, include a clear way to opt out, and suppress anyone who asks to stop. We also limit volume per domain and per inbox so sending stays measured.
